Det har vært et par hektiske dager for Arne. Først på dagen i går: intervju med RadioAdressa, Arne, Torstein Flakne og Bente Smaavik, som skal sendes mellom kl 10 og 11 på formiddagen lørdag 5.april, telefonintervju med Nea Radio litt utpå dagen og i dag innslag på Endelig Fredag, NRK Trøndelag, med programleder Mari Wedø, direktesending fra Bær & Bar på Solsiden i Trondheim. Sistnevnte med liveopptreden av Too Far Gone, som fremførte en akkustisk, bluegrass-versjon av "Left Foot Boogie", og intervju med Roar og Ola fra TFG i tillegg til Arne! Skal ikke klage på mediadekningen nei!

It's finally getting close to a release! The CD was sent off for printing earlier this week and will be ready for shipping after easter. Releasedate will be announced in just a few days!
What we do have is a date for the releaseparty! Saturday April 5. we'll celebrate the release at Rosendal Scene in Trondheim, Norway. 5 of the bands participating on the CD will perform this evening. This is a party you just can't afford to miss!! More details, including which bands will be playing, will be announced early next week.
NRK, Norwegian National TV have also shown their interest and have made a program that will be broadcasted some time around the release of the CD! This will be announced here at the website. Stay tuned for more information!

Today the final result after mastering was in Arne's mailbox! The result is awsome! This is something everyone can look forward to hear! As you probably already have realized, the CD won't be released this autumn, but after Christmas we'll have the best new year gift ever!

This day will be remembered as a very very important day for this project; today the financial part of the project is ok, and about two years since we started working on the project, we are ready for take off!! During the next month the songs will go through the final mastering, the cover-design is finished and the booklet is almost ready for printing. The only thing missing is the final rekkefølge for the songs. We are finally getting closer to our final goal!!

The summer is right around the corner, and we feel that things are really moving forward. All the 17 songs are finished and arrived in our mailbox, cover and booklet are being designed and we're working hard to get a deal so we hopefully can release the CD during September/October.
Also the media is beginning to show their interest, so we have been promised coverage by both radio and national television, and of course newspapers and magazines.
About the artists:
All the participants are Norwegian, some known, some unknown (yet!), genres from country to metal. We can truly say that ALL involved have put their heart and soul into their songs, you have really something very exciting to look forward to!!
